What we are trying to achieve

A LITTLE INSIGHT INTO COLD DEPOT

Cold Depot can accommodate a range of perishables from medication to meat, fruits, vegetables and sea food. There has been a surge in demand for cold storge since the inception of ecommerce groceries in late 2019. The need has since grown with the covid pandemic and further still to accommodate medications that require tempered storage.

As online shopping grows in various areas so has the need for cold storage facilities to accommodate fulfilment. New trends with food delivery and grocery delivery services are cost effective with less overhead such as grocery clerks and maintenance in the traditional supermarket commerce. The need for temperature-controlled warehousing has grown tremendously over the last two years and ranges from e-commerce, medical communities to grocery mega chains and restaurant industry.

The need for refrigerated warehousing has only grown further with the COVID 19 pandemic and ours will accommodate various groups who serve those most at risk. New needs arise daily, and we are aligned and in position to meet and exceed current needs while looking ahead to accommodate emerging changes to cold storage.

As our facility is newly constructed, we have inserted the most efficient technology available. Our monitoring technology is top notch and will accommodate regulatory changes that may be implemented as this growing field evolves.

The target market is meat and seafood product storage from established processing facilities.
